Professional Profile

Guillermo holds a Law Degree from Universidad de Valencia and University of Warmia & Mazury in Olsztyn. He holds an Official LL.M. in Tax Advisory by Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and by Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA), having followed superior programs in Company Law and Employment & Social Security Law.

He joined SWAN Partners in 2016, being previously lawyer at the Business Department of the firm Rocabert & Grau (formerly Vázquez Padura Abogados), rendering tax advisory services to national and international companies, Family Businesses and private clients.

As tax specialist, he counts with wide experience in Tax Inspection Procedures and in Claims and Appeals before the Tax Administration Bodies and Courts.

Guillermo is member of the Valencia Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia).
