Salvador holds a Law Degree by the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU, counting with a LL.M. in Business legal Advisory by Fundesem Business School (FBS), a LL.M. in Tax Planning and Advisory by Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF), and superior specialization programs in Company Law and Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity investments, Commercial Arbitration, Tax Planning, Accountancy and Finance.

He is co-founder of SWAN Partners and Leading Partner of the Corporate & Commercial Area of the Firm. His professional career commenced in 1999 working for a food sector group of companies, being expatriated to Poland in 2000 to monitor the group’s internationalisation project there. Later, since 2001 he has developed his lawyer career in various law firms, among them, Uría Menéndez and Broseta and was recruited in 2010 as Head of the Corporate & Restructuring Dept. of a Valencian legal services boutique.

Salvador has published several articles concerning business legal topics in newspapers and business reviews being lecturer in conferences relating to Private Equity investments and other for technical formation to lawyers.

He is an experienced lawyer usually involved in M&A and Private Equity transactions and Real Estate deals as well as advising international and national corporations and groups in the ordinary course of businesses (commercial contracts and international trade operations, strategic legal planning, corporate governance, finance agreements, etc.). Likewise, he represents his client’s interests in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings.

Salvador is member of the Valencian Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia) and admitted arbitrator in an Arbitration Court.
