María joined SWAN Partners at the initial stage, assuming since then all the administration tasks.

She currently has come to support the Labour and Social Security Compliance Area of the Firm as Paralegal, being usually involved in the compilation of documentation and following up of files. She also deals with processing registrations and cessations of workers, businesses and workplaces in Social Security, management of social insurances, preparation of payroll, calculating overtime, bonuses, severance payments and dealing with various actions before the Social Security, General Treasury of the Social Security, Governmental Recruitment Body (INEM) and other Public Employment Services.
