Laura holds a Law Degree from Universidad de Alicante. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advising from the Foundation for Stock and Financial Studies and a Master’s Degree in Systems and Services of the Information Society, specialty Law and Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Valencia, as well as several postgraduate courses.
She has experience as lawyer specialising in New Technologies in companies and law firms, having been head of this area of expertise in the Valencia office of Broseta Abogados.
She is a speaker in multiple forums and collaborates as a teacher in several universities and business schools. She participates as a mentor in a technology acceleration program. She has published several articles in business and scientific journals in the New Technologies area, being her publication in the scientific magazine Aranzadi de Derecho y Nuevas Tecnologias about business contracting in matter of data protection one of the works of reference in the matter.
She has been considered leading lawyer in Intellectual Property in Spain by Best Lawyers and by Chambers and Partners. She has also been included in the Platform of Expert Women and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Section of Computer Law and Telecommunications of the Bar Association of Valencia.
